Imagine working with a national industry leader in workforce management software, where you will be a part of a fast paced, rapidly growing firm that is sales driven and strives for excellence in customer service. The Support/Implementation Analyst is responsible mainly for remotely supporting clients by telephone, and occasionally may be involved in the implementation and training of new clients directly. Responsibilities will include acting as first level support which includes trouble shooting, answering questions and performing software configuration changes. When involved in implementation projects, duties will include installation, configuration and training at customer sites. The position requires an English-speaking technical team player who is able to multi task, perform some administrative duties, and drive the department toward the goal of delivering excellent customer care. A working knowledge of SQL and network administration is highly desirable, as is previous experience in implementing and supporting a customer base utilizing software systems.

We are national firm and are hiring for two positions: Toronto and Montreal. Moving expenses from Montreal to Toronto will be covered.

Energetic and independent account manager with solid sales experience, ideally in application software products.
Duties include:
- Selling ITR’s time and attendance software system to medium and large organizations.
- Managing the entire sales process: prospect generation, qualification, demonstrations, proposals, closing the sale.
- Leveraging sales contact and detailed client information from the company CRM system
- Aggressive new business development through partner alliances, cold calling, networking, internet search and other business tools.
- Conducting live and online product demonstrations of our web-based time and attendance system.
- Negotiating final terms and conditions for acquisition of our solution.
Qualifications / Related Experience:
- University degree
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience to medium and large size organizations; experience in application software and/or implementation services sales an asset, particularly sales experience within the time and attendance, payroll, HRIS or related industries
- History of success in sales, evidenced by regularly exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience prospecting and developing leads
- Strong English verbal skills to build strong relationships with customers
- Excellent English writing skills; experience preparing proposals and corresponding with customers via e-mail
- Experience in demonstrating software and conducting presentations both in-person and online
- Demonstrated independence and good organizational skills
- Strong PC skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office components
- Ability to work within and take a leadership role in team selling environments

A mid-level ASP.NET(C#) web developer with a minimum of three (3) years of web development experience is invited to join our development team, where you will be part of a fast paced, rapidly growing national industry leader in workforce management software.
