Tracy Parzych,
President and CEO
Tracy Parzych has been with ITR since 1993, spending the earlier part of her career gaining experience outside the family firm. After a tenure of senior management roles in Sales and Marketing at ITR, she successfully guided the organization through its transition to a second generation family business, completing succession in 2002.
Tracy is well known in the industry and has been featured on the cover of Business Solutions Magazine. In addition, she is a regular contributing writer to the CPA Dialogue Magazine and has been a speaker at several Canadian Payroll Association conferences and Canadian Association of Family Enterprise Symposiums.
Tony Cutruzzola,
CFO
Tony Cutruzzola joins ITR with 20 years experience in accounting, finance and business. He is a skilled corporate financial executive with expertise in technology firms. He trained as a Chartered Accountant initially articling with Deloitte & Touche. He then went on to obtain his MBA from York University in 1984. Tony has acted as COO and CFO for many large and mediums-sized technology companies including SHL Systemhouse Inc, TSX, and Alias/Wavefront. His experience with innovative and fast growing technology companies is an asset to ITR during its period of rapid growth.
Laurie Thomas,
Executive Vice President, Business Development & Marketing
Laurie Thomas brings 14 year of experience in marketing and 10 years in the workforce management industry to her role at ITR. A graduate of Rutgers University in New Jersey, Laurie began her career in workforce management with Amano as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management. She went on to act as president and CEO at Netherwood Consulting Ltd., where she specialized in management and marketing consulting. Most recently, Laurie was engaged as a Workforce Management Consultant at Ceridian for their SaaS (Software as a Service) project team. Laurie’s history with ITR actually dates back to 2004, when she served as VP of Operations; in her new position as EVP of Business Development and Marketing, she is responsible for partner alliances, new business development, system sales management, and marketing.
Ian Campbell,
Vice President, Development
Ian Campbell joined ITR in 2006 as head of ITR’s Development team. He brings over 30 years of experience in software to his role, including over eight years of experience in research and development specifically in workforce management. He began his career in the time and attendance industry as Director of Product Development at ABI–TruTrac Inc. and went on to become Vice President of Development and Technology at CyberShift, Inc. Most recently he was Director of a .NET development project for Workbrain, Inc.
Mario Furino,
Eastern Regional Manager
With over 20 years of experience in the time and attendance industry, Mario Furino oversees sales/marketing and operations for ITR’s Montreal office. Earlier in his career, Mario acted as a sales manager for ITR’s Quebec office, graduating to branch manager prior to his departure to pursue other ventures. During his time away from ITR, Mario was president of Time Data Recorder and then senior account manager for CGI. In 2005, he re-joined the ITR organization to serve as Eastern Regional Manager.
Wayne Metcalf,
Western Regional Manager
Wayne Metcalf is responsible for overseeing sales/marketing and operations of ITR’s Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver offices. He joined the company over 20 years ago, having previously worked for a competitor for several years. For almost two decades, Wayne managed both the Edmonton and Calgary offices, and in 2002, he was appointed Western Regional Manager, assuming managerial responsibility for the Vancouver office as well.
