ITR Assumes Support for Datatrak Equipment

TORONTO – CGI Payroll Services Center has recently transferred support of all Datatrak equipment (time clocks) to ITR. Under the terms of the agreement, which took effect January 25, 2008, all Datatrak clients’ hardware service contracts have been transferred to ITR, who will ensure that each contract is respected. PSC will continue to support Datatrak (and Tracker/Traqueur) software. With former Datatrak installers and technicians on staff at ITR with a combined 30 years of Datatrak experience, ITR is confident that it will provide the highest level of support to the Datatrak customer base and expects the transition to be smooth and efficient.

Effective immediately, all support requests related to equipment associated with Datatrak should be made directly to ITR.
