ITR is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Raymond to the role of Director of Product Management and Development. Daniel is now responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s premier workforce management software, TimeZone™, as well as managing the company’s growing team of developers.

“We hand-selected Daniel to drive the development of the ITR technology roadmap as only someone with his experience and success in the field could, and he has surpassed the company’s expectations,” said ITR CEO Tracy Parzych. She added, “This is an exciting time for ITR as we expand our offering both in terms of functionality and to an ever-widening audience, under Daniel’s capable technical guidance.”

Daniel echoed this enthusiasm, saying, “ITR’s positioning in the marketplace as a leader in the Canadian software scene poses unique challenges and opportunities, in relation to both long term customers and new ones. We have an obligation to continue to provide leading-edge software that delivers solutions for their business requirements, and I’m confident we’ll live up to those expectations.”

Daniel brings over 30 years of experience in software to his new position, including 12 years of experience specifically in workforce management. Prior to joining ITR in 2007 as Product Manager, Daniel held key software development roles at two preeminent players in the workforce management field, CyberShift, Inc. (formerly ABI-TruTrac, Inc.) and Workbrain, Inc.

Daniel graduated from Georgian College with a 4-year Computer Science diploma, majoring in Programming Analysis and Design.
