Staples highlighted ITR's commitment to providing exceptional support as a key factor in being named for the award.

Staples Canada president Steve Matyas and Staples Advantage Canada president Michael Zahra said Staples owes much of its success to the significant efforts made by vendors in all of its business units, and thanked each of them for their dedication and cooperation, particularly during the economic crisis throughout the past year.

The award was presented to ITR at Staples' annual Canadian Vendor Awards Dinner, held at the Toronto Congress Centre. In addition to the vendors being honored at the prestigious event, approximately 500 senior management team members were in attendance.
