For smaller businesses, ITR offers the PIX-28 electronic side printer to assist employers in tracking time and eliminating the use of manual time sheets which leads to costly payroll errors. Economical, yet highly flexible, the PIX-28 provides for programmable print styles in regular or military time, minutes, hundredths, tenths and seconds. Prints four-digit years and allows for a six-digit automatic consecutive numbering. Ten messages are also able to be printed on the time card, and the unit utilizes a cartridge ribbon for easy servicing. The clock is able to operate with automatic or manual print, and automatically adjusts for Daylight Saving Time, leap years, short months, etc.

ITR’s 2020 time recorder can be adapted to any possible time card through either selecting a programmed standard card format or by programming the print position. Exclusively offered by ITR, the Perfect 2040 calculating time recorder is ideal for larger organizations, accommodating up to 500 employees. This electronic clock calculates hours on a daily and weekly basis, handling break rules, rounding and overtime. Exceptions in employee attendance, such as leaving early and coming in late, are highlighted in red on the time card. In addition, the clock generates time card reports, and restricts employees from punching in or out during lock out periods.

Paymate is a top of the line stand-alone computerized time recorder for smaller businesses. This unit automatically calculates hours on a daily and cumulative basis right on the time card, and is configurable to accommodate your specific pay policies. Ideal for companies with up to 100 employees, the Paymate handles a variety of different pay periods, and provides an accurate attendance report for both the current and previous pay period. Furthermore, the unit is capable of handling statutory holidays and provides an automatic adjustment for Daylight Saving Time.
