Implement your corporate benefit policies for granting and using sick time, vacation time, or other benefits with the TimeZone™ Accruals module. Designed with the utmost of flexibility, the module manages benefits without intervention from Human Resources. You can transfer accruals, produce warnings and error messages if balances are exceeded, and set authorization for overrides. Reporting is comprehensive and includes information such as banked time, available vacation days, etc. You can even allow employees to inquire and view benefit information through Employee Self Service, with the TimeZone™ Professional module.
