TimeZone™ Reports
Like the rest of the TimeZone™ suite, the Reporting tool offers extensive flexibility and functionality, featuring a broad selection of the most popular reports used by our customers. Reports can be run for individuals, groups, teams or departments, and date ranges can be specified by the user. In addition, using either Active Reports or Crystal XI, users can modify report templates or create new custom reports to extract the precise data required for their particular purpose: financial, scheduling, payroll, human resources, etc.
To accommodate the fluid nature of the workforce, TimeZone™ offers the ability to produce reports on ACTIVE employees only, or on both ACTIVE and INACTIVE employees, so that historical data can be mined with complete accuracy, regardless of the current status of the employees or the period of time selected.
Once you have the data you need, TimeZone™ offers the option to export it for further analysis in several output formats, including PDF, RTF, TXT, HTML and XLS. These export formats also make data synchronization and interfacing with other applications (such as HR, payroll, finance, MRP and ERP systems) easy.
