We provide different levels of training geared toward your entire workforce - from employees to supervisors to administrators. Our comprehensive, hands-on training sessions cover topics related to proper and effective use of the system, employee database management, advanced report writing (using Crystal Reports XI) and in-depth training for administrators.
We also offer a cost-effective “Train the Trainer” course so you can bring our expertise in-house, and roll out consistent, high-quality training across all your operations using your own internal staff.
Your place or ours?
With ITR it’s up to you! You can send your staff for training at ITR head office, or we’ll bring our trainers right to your facility. Either way, you’ll get expert training to get your started on the right track.
